“Smart Fridge, Smart Maker”, the latest addition to the Bangladeshi super brand Walton’s initiative to encourage talented film makers to engage with the brand by making 90 second video which was judged by a panel of 3 members which include National Film Award winning actress Kusum Sikder, senior executive director, also chief marketing officer (CMO) of Walton Hi-Tech Industries Ltd (WHIL), Firoj Alam and senior executive director, also head of brand management of WHIL, Amin Khan. After creating video content up to 90 seconds long on the Walton refrigerator according to their script, they should send it to the Walton Refrigerator email address ( After jury approval, the video must be uploaded to the Fridge Smart Maker Season2 smart event page. Next, applicants should share their video links on their profile or Facebook page with the hashtag # SmartFridgeSmartMakerSeason2 # Round_1 by making it public. Every entry that made through the first round gets a sum of Tk 50,000 and the top three finalists were awarded Tk 3 lakh, Tk 2 lac, and Tk 1 lakh respectively.
